I’ve contacted their customer service team over 5 times with no response. I never received my order. It’s been over 3 weeks. Their number doesn’t even work on their website. I emailed, submitted a message via their website, tried calling all their numbers listed, emailed again, and messaged them on LinkedIn. I can’t even report them via my CC since I was given a gift card. Their prices are absurd for this level of negligence. Is this company a complete scam?

I would suggest thinking twice before purchasing from this company. We recently purchased a winter jacket and boots for our dog, their stuff is not cheap. The order was delivered, and we used the jacket and boots during the recent cold snap. The boots would not stay up on his feet, they slouched down causing him to trip. I reached out to their customer and while I am within the 15-day return window they’ve insisted that to return anything it has to be unused, with tags still on. Seriously, how do you know if something is or isn’t going to work if you don’t try it. I suggest buying from someone else who will honor returns if their product does not actually work as intended.

Waterproof Rain Boots-I think not! The company claims the Boots are ideal for rain and snow-yes, they are ideal if you don't mind soaked paws at the end of a walk. A premium price for a inferior product....Canada Pooch....nope.....Canada Garbage!!

The worst customer service I've dealt with within the canine industry. Their return policy of 14 days is absolutely absurd in this day and age. I provided valid medical reasons (with hospital stay) and they still would not allow an exchange of brand new unused items with tags still on!! Let us also not forget their items are not cheap. For a company to charge for items that are in the hundreds AND to have such a horrible customer service experience does NOT deserve customers.

If I could give ZERO starts I would! customer service is absolutely appalling!! A disgrace of a company and one to avoid! Never will I purchase from them again! Sweater was massive, measurements way off the sizing chart provided. Chasing response from customer service! No compensation offered and was told I can return the item at my own cost within 15 days! I would if I was in Canada.. but I’m in UK.. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!

Trying to get the 15% off was chore. It's either the IT people there don't know what they are doing or it's a scam. I think they're betting you won't bother following up. But the return process was a joke. Really - what return process? They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails and there's no answer at chat either. Be aware.

ASHLEY (rep) terrible service Signed up for first time account. (15% off coupon) Used said coupon after adding a parka and a raincoat. Triggered the FREE SHIPPING. ADDED CODE. GOT 15% OFF ON TOP. Liked that very much. Went to go see if anything else I can add to her cart to save big. Nope. All good. Went through checkout. Gave my credit card. Never knew anything was wrong Got ship notification. Saw one jacket shipped Go to check on the other jacket. It was never in the cart And I got charged shipping. No problem Reached out to customer service asked them to help me resolve it Insists giving me “free ship coupon” but I honestly want is the 15% off coupon cuz I myself can easily trigger the free ship just by spending $100 Refused. And I explained it wasn’t my fault the cart removed the coupon. Obviously I applied it otherwise how could I of seen the reduced prices. Refused. So I go leave them some negative reviews and spread the word on Facebook that their site scammed me out of a discount (end up paying more) and free ship (ended up having shipping costs slipped back in). And they blocked me. So now they are trying to hide it from the world. That their sales and free ship are scams SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You can block me on Facebook. You just spurred a whole new issue. Now I’m pissed off.

quality of the product falls very low. would never recommend anyone spending money on this brand for there pet. For the same price, there are better quality products on the internet.
