I ordered two 6 packs of flea meds I got two 3 packs I called they said they opened the 3 packs and added a three to save on postage They opened the packs that were new They tampered with the prescription They said goung forward they will be doing this won't order again

I'm a long time customer, but now because I live in California they have refused to ship to me! I never had a problem receiving my order but they insist that the post office in California loses too many packages. I can't even access their website--they have blocked people in California! So now to order, I need to call them and have it shipped to a friend in another state who then ships it to me. Very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

products are not "available" as stated on the website. Ordered $800 worth of meds. Received a confirmation of order and then the next day I received another confirmation, but when I looked closer it stated I needed to contact customer service before it shipped. They notified me the meds would be coming from the UK and take 14days. If website stated that basic products are coming from UK and not Canada, my guess is people would not buy them. I canceled my order and now have to wait 5 days to see if they refund the money to my card. Not dishonest but not a good business practice.

I ordered thinking it was legit and just shipping from Canada. False, it ships from Canada. I ordered Apoquel, I can’t tell if it’s legit or not, but I’m not comfortable giving my dog a product of questionable origins. Fake pharmaceuticals are a big business. Buyer beware!

I am sorry to say I wasn't allowed to purchase heart worm preventative. I own a commercial boarding/grooming business and breed and show my own toy dogs. I was 1st considered high risk to dispute the charges (I guess they've had bad experiences w/so called breeders) and then considered commercial. Even with assurances that the product wouldn't be resold or used commercially there was no assurances I could give to make it ok. Plus I was put thru hoops to verify my card having to send pics of that + my DL. The employees were polite - give Rose credit. :-)

.As everyone stated before this site is not located in Canada. Who knows what's in the medication they offer. Talked to customer service and they would not tell me if it was the exact same medication I would get in the United States. The $20 you save isn't worth your pet's life.

Canada? More like SINGAPORE!!! 🇸🇬 ¡¡¡FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Products ship from Singapore & customer service sounded like they were in Singapore too. So Canada probably has nothing to do with the company. Estimated 3+ weeks for delivery... I just moved & the area has a huge mosquito population 24/7. In Buffalo, I'd get things from Canada in days. So figured a couple extra days for NJ... I called customer service twice & was forced to leave a msg. No one returned either call. It's been a week, finally get someone, & am told it's gonna be another 2wks because they're in Singapore... This purchase was some of my very last dollars (VERY TIGHT BUDGET). Now the order can't be canceled & refunded, so I can't get them something else asap & they have to go no without heartworm protection. GREAT! Putting my dogs health at risk & messing with my finances. Thaaanks! Need to be upfront with customers & let them know that things are shipped from SINGAPORE and NOT Canada. They offer tracked shipping for an extra fee at checkout. SPECIFY THE REAL LOCATION! #DISHONEST! #UNFAIR! #HealthRisk #UNPROFESSIONAL! #FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! #LIARS! #SCAM

Have been ordering for years ,but my last two experiences have gone from a 5 star to 1- last order I was short changed & had to fight to get my right amount-today I had a 20% coupon which was accepted & @ checkout it was only 18%. Emptied my cart PS it is Sun. so I used Chat-could not assist me so I emptied my cart
