I made two orders with this company. Made the 2 days apart. Had to adjust both orders & emailed customer service to do so. 2nd order I needed a refund on one of the products. (Accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1 🤦🏻‍♀️) Anyways. They were quick to get back to me. 24hrs & Gave me my refund. It showed up in my bank a few days later. Now with the Covid situation going on they say delivery is slowed, which I can understand. It took a month to receive my 2nd order. Everything was there & no issues. Just slow to receive it. I’m Still waiting on my 1st order (yes, I received my 2nd order first) It said it was shipped on 4/27/2020 (I purchased it on 4/17/2020) but the only info was a label created for it on 5/2/2020. I contacted customer service, they gave me an update on my order and updated my order info on Usps so I can track it “better”. It says it just left the original port on 5/20/2020. I’m thinking someone screwed up and didn’t ship it like they we’re supposed or Covid really put a stop to things in New Zealand. 1st order came from the UK, 2nd is coming from New Zealand. Even though I’m having a bit of an issue I’d still order from them again. Customer service is quick to reply, the product is very reasonably priced. (Bought two packs of Comfortis for what I’d pay for one.) Plus I was able to get a refund for a mistake I made. Oh! And the product actually works! Fleas are dead 💀 I’d give the company 5 stars if I hadn’t had the issue with my 1st order.

Had no problem except for the tracking one right but I ordered March 23rd got it April 12th even with the Coronavirus epidemic

overall cheap meds BUT flaw in their shipping receipt. SO to explain, the site gave me the option to put the billing address & shipping address separate. I did put them separate because mine are sperate but ... whenever I got my online receipt my shipping address was the same as my billing which was incorrect. I freaked out after reading their terms that they will not re ship to another address If the incorrect one is entered. odd bc I knew I put them separate. weird enough the meds ended up arriving in to the correct shipping address? I since then have DOUBLE CHECKED the email receipt that I have and 100% positive that the shipping address is different on the email receipt than correct address the product arrived at. When the product arrived it came with a paper receipt that had the correct address on it. so email receipt shipping address incorrect? very strange and they need to fix this flaw in their site.

This was my first time using a Canadian place - the place is legitimate. I did not need a prescription which made me worried (red flag) but since i was only buying flea and tick meds, I thought it maybe was not a major issue since they are sometimes available over the counter. My only problem is that it took one month to arrive - a long time - so plan ahead. But for 9 months supply = 6 free months with a bonus offer for both cats, and $290 I got flea and tick meds (provera) for 2 cats and 1 dog. Really good compared to over $600 here in the US for the same medicine. I also saved money on my human meds by ordering from Canada. 1/2 price.

They have Name brand items at cheap prices, but what they never tell anyone is they ship from SINGAPORE. That's still true. I always have to calm my bank when I order. However, I have now been ordering for a year or more, and the REVOLUTION that I use for my cat, is working just fine. No fleas or ticks on her, ever. I do pay the extra $4.99 for shipping and it gets here within a few days, so I do suggest that.
