I have ordered Nexgard Spectra twice and both times have received exactly what I ordered within 10 days. I was pleased with this arrival time as I understand that orders can take up to 3 weeks. The prices are in $US dollars so for non-US orders, this will be converted on your credit card which I was aware of from reading on the website. Even with the exchange, I find the prices very competitive for a supplier to Canada and will continue to order from Canadapetcare.

I've ordered Simparica Trio for my chihuahua from this company. The package was stolen by USPS in the metropolitan area close to my city. CanadaPetCare re-shipped the package, and I got a replacement within a week. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you so much guys. Special thanks from my chihuahua - no more ticks for her.

Excellent service, the delay for shipping is 7 to 14 days and I received my products in 6. Products were exactly what I ordered, expiry dates made sense, a fraction of the price they sell for at the vet, and no prescriptions required which was the main factor for me with my poor little pup who gets totally stressed out at the vet. Phenomenal option I will choose annually for tick & flea & heartworm meds :)

Ordered Bravecto on Jan 4th received Jan 10th I live in Oregon. Someone called to confirm the shipping address as I ordered a large quantity. 1 years worth for 2 dogs. Items arrived as expected. The packaging is non USA packaging weight is in kilograms instead of pounds. This is to be expected as the US is the only one that clings to the standard everyone else switched to metric. Its still the correct dose for your pet the website list pounds and they do the conversion for you. When I received the product it was produced Feb2021 expires Jan2023 so plenty of time remaining to use the product. I probably would not order more then a years worth at a time.
