I’ve always had good experiences with them. But now it looks like they are off line for the US. Can’t even get to the site now

I have never had any problems with this company. I use Nexguard and it has always worked. Sometimes slow getting here but it gets here. I was a bit surprised when one order came from Singapore! I prefer Canada!

No order tracking, sites a little janky. Other than that, order bravecto orange and blue. Got exactly what I paid for. Checked boxes for signs of forgery and could find none. Dogs had no negative reactions and they have yet to have a flea or tick. One of the dogs has demodectic mange and it started clearing up. I am confident this place is solid. Also the negative reviews... Places like this swap for generics all the time. Most the reviews read as hit pieces from upity people. Prices can't be beat.

Bought heartworm meds, thinking it was based in canada, but its based in the UK. Anyway i received what i was suppose to and looks legit. Happy overall but did take 12 days to recieve it.

I ordered a product on March 22. I read the reviews and was skeptical, but my stuff came within 7 days. Yes it was from the UK, but it was all there, sealed, good expiration date. I applied it to my pets, and it’s working. So I had a good experience with them.

They shipping out my order fairly quick and I got it in about 2 weeks. The only reason I give them 4 stars is that the heartgard plus medicine I ordered was not what was pictured. Instead I got the Canadian version of heartgard, however it works for my dogs and so far they haven’t reacted negatively to it.

I was a little hesitant after I made my purchase from reading these reviews but everything came quickly and worked well. (I ordered Bravecto.) It shipped from the UK to me in the US. I didn't receive the tracking info, hence the four stars, but I wrote them an email and they replied right away and the same day I asked I received it in the mail. I think it all took about a week? It was faster than I expected. I am writing this review because I am making my second order and remembered being nervous after spending so much on the first one, thought this might help others.

It’s alright. They definitely offered a cheaper price than the vet I take my dog to. I just wish that the products wouldn’t take that long to ship and deliver. I waited about a month for my package to arrive... but I guess it was worth the wait!
