They do not keep their shipping promise. I expected my product before the end of Jan and now they are saying mid-Feb. They are always late with their deliveries but never this late. They customer service is very generic and you don't get clear answers. This time I ordered flea medication and because the order will be so late I will have to now buy it locally to keep my dog protected. I was told they were running late because of festivities ... WHAT Festivities take place mid January. I do not recommend this company

Canadapetcare claims "Every purchase made at canadapetcare.com is followed up with 'Money Back Guarantee'. In the case, your order is not delivered within 21 business days, or if you are not satisfied with your order after receiving, please contact our customer service team and we'll offer you complete refund for the purchase.". They also state, "In case, your order is not delivered within 21 business days, we'll provide you with a complete refund of the purchase or reship the order as per your convenience. ". They don't!! Were contacted and refused saying USPS tracking says it was delivered. It wasn't. They want written verification from USPS and they know USPS won't do that. Not exactly hassle free. They do NOT stand behind their guarantee. Don't use them. Addendum: After posting this (and sending them a copy) they have decided to honor their refund. Upgraded from 1 to 2 star.

Very disappointed they had a sale they took my order for revolution and now they say they’re out of stock for the things I ordered and I have to wait two weeks for a refund. Tried to sell me knock off brand flea meds for same price; ummm No!! This company is sketchy!!! Buyer beware 😞

Their products are fine, my issue is every time I have ordered I automatically get charged $9.99 for tracked shipping and they don’t give the tracking number. When you contact customer service they just keep sending automated response. Worse customer service!

they said my order was shipped on the 6th of April , so just 5 days ago but they gave me a shipping number for usps ? i live in Canada & my address reflects that. so when i checked the shipping number , it came up with it never being in there system. now i sure hope there is a mistake & my tick meds come for my pup. As of now i am thinking this company is a scam, if i do receive my goods i will change this rating .

Canada Pet Care is not located in Canada. It’s HQ is in Haslemere, England. Most of the package I received from somewhere in the Indian Ocean. The fleas/ticks med I ordered, it came melted even during winter month. The price may be great, but not sure with the effectiveness. Now I start to order from Costco pharmacy

I gave this website a shot after the countless ad’s I see about them. The order process was fast and easy. This is where that positive experience ended. I never could track my package even tho I paid extra for tracking. It ended up in my mail box 2 weeks after I ordered it. Based off the packaging it came from the UK. Upon opening the package it was not even what I ordered. It was cat medicine when I ordered dog and tick prevention. I have called and emailed them. The customer representative over the phone sounded suspicious of me and demanded I email pictures of everything which of course I sent in. I am still waiting for an answer on if I will be receiving my flea and tick prevention medication. Luckily my credit card company says I have 90 days to dispute this charge. This company seems to forget I am the customer and needs to send their call takers through training. Demanding pictures and making accusations is very unprofessional. I will continue to pay a higher price to buy my flea medicine from my local Vet.

First, items ship from the UK not Canada. Second, the post office in the US marked my package as delivered but due to the pandemic they were just dropping them in the building lobby and my package was stolen. I had to go through the Norton guarantee to get a response because once I finally got a representative on the phone they told me it was the post office's problem and they couldn't help. I finally got my refund so I could order my medications elsewhere and now they email me everyday telling me that the shipping partner has told them my package is delivered and I either need to repurchase it or return it. Can't get it through their heads that I cannot return a stolen package. Prices were good but the customer service has ensured that I will never order from this site again. Stick with Chewy.com/
