BAD! BAD! BAD! Avoid this "company" like the plague. I placed an online order and ten minutes later I cancelled it and received an email stating that I would receive a full refund within 3-5 days. I never got the refund. I have contacted "Jacob" (a supervisor from Canada Pet Care) several times over the last few weeks and was told that the refund was processed on the same day, when in fact, the money was removed from my account five days AFTER I placed the order. MasterCard is now fighting this, but I fear I'll never see that $60 again. Canada Pet Care (which is located in Mauritius, not Canada) is not legitimate! Note: The reason I cancelled my order was that I learned immediately after ordering that the medicine was NOT what I've had my cat on for the last five years. The company admitted that the box "might look a little different" due to the product being sent from the UK. I contacted Bayer and asked them about this and was told that should not be the case if it isn't a counterfeit product, because this drug is manufactured in the USA and has to undergo FDA regulations.

SCAM ALERT- Shame on me for ordering from a company out of the US to save a few dollars! This is obviously counterfeit medication. First of all, the company is NOT in Canada. It is in a small country named Mauritius. The items arrived from a generic PO box in Germany, which is a shipping exchange address. The medications arrived in unsealed boxes that were not even the correct boxes for the medications. All the manufacturing numbers on the boxes were identical, which means the boxes were all replicated from one box. The medications were sealed blisterpacks but most conterfeit pharmaceuticals look nearly identical. When I called the "customer service" number a very poor quality recording came on and then a man with a heavy accent. What worries me is that I was also foolish enough to give this scam company my credit card number! In addition, within weeks I started getting scam IRS recordings on the cell phone number I gave them during ordering. Live and learn!

I ordered a Seresto canine flea collar and it was sent from Mauritus, and according to Baer, it is a counterfeit collar! The serial number isn't legit and my dog got multiple huge ticks. Don't order from this company!

Be aware that canadapetcare is not canadian. It might be Lithuanian or from the island of Mauritius of Madagascar (Africa). I purchased the oral flea treatment Bravecto and it was mailed from Germany.

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Ordered over a month ago and tracking number(an additional five bucks) shows item has been issued a number but has not left their facility. Never again. I just canceled the order but have zero faith I will ever see a refund.

These people are hopeless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had made a mistake on my address and called them immediately to correct it. I was told that they did not have the capability to either correct my address or to cancel my order. Now I'm told that they shipped my order out the DAY AFTER IT WAS RECEIVED. Furthermore, they had no tracking number. How can an organization be on the web and not have the capability to correct such a common error. I have learned my lesson. I thought I was saving a dollar or two. Now it seems I've lost the entire amount of my order.
