I'd not give 1 star if that was an option! I placed an order back in March and started emailing them 4/7/2020 to get a status. Since then I've received 16 formatted emails saying that I should've received my order. No order as of 5/14. They're wanting to offer me a 20% discount or they want my permission to go into my bank account and get the money for an order that I've yet to receive!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! OR you just might find your bank account coming up short or them calling you a liar saying that you did get it.

I ordered approximately $50.00 worth of stuff from this so called company, and I never received the product. I did contact NORTON, their guarantee specialist to get your money returned if not satisfied. I did in fact complain to the Norton company and my money was returned to my bank account within 2 weeks. As of now, I'm receiving numerous emails from this fraudulent company, Canada Pet Care, saying I should send back the money or I could keep it and apply a 20% discount lol. These people are not in Canada, but the UK and they order their products out of Singapore and other far away countries. I ordered some flea repellent, that goes by the name, Revolution, which I didn't know it at the time, only a Veterinarian can prescribe it. This so called company, is full of malfeasance and shame, shame on Google in assisting these foreigners to rip Americans off! As stated earlier, they keep sending me emails and I do reply with extremely rude comments, but they will not relent. The NORTON company dropped them, and it's no longer advertised on their fraudulent website, but they will tell you, they are still connected lol. Go ahead, infest your beloved fur babies, you will regret it in the end.

Canada pet care has emailed me stating that I have an order number and it is late. They wrote that I will get 20 % off the order. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PET CARE IN A FEW MONTHS AND I AM NOT ON AUTORENEWAL! When I selected their option of cancelling order, the response was they are very busy and cannot respond to me. Once again I never ordered anything. This is a scan and I want to know if this company has been hacked and now my cc is being used fraudulently! What cc do that have and why was it on file. This is the second fraudulent attempt in 2 weeks. This is 9bviously a way scammers and cons are hurting people financially during this pandemic!! If this company wasn't aware...they are now. Please do something to secure our cc and stop this fraudulent activity. Thankyou

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received items. Contacted them by email 3 times. Always get a response but never a solution. "Thank you for your patience" kind of response. MOST IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT COMING FROM CANADA. Looks like when you track it yourself, it is being shipped from Singapore. After pushing quite hard, they now say they will be honoring their guarantee and refunding my money but that it will take some time to get processed. I have already waited over six weeks so not entirely sure I want to wait very long for a refund. If I don't receive it soon, I will contact my credit card company. Beware when you order from this site. I think it is pretty misleading.

Ordered medication March 24. Attempts to reach company by phone unsuccessful. Calling Google to see if I can make a complaint. Google no help. Do not buy from this company and try to spread the word. FYI: My order of Heartguard plus finally arrived from New Zealand!!!! on April 22. I had already called my credit card company to decline payment. Returned it. We will see if it makes it back to New Zealand.

I ordered stuff and never received it, nobody even answered the phone, etc. This is a total ripoff/sham/criminal place. Their only products are lies and theft!!!

Scammers, i ordered on the 18th, they sent a usps tracking number. I waited 2 weeks and still have not seen the product. I tracked the package with their tracking number and it shows the package is still in "pre-shipment". I sent them an email and they said it was shipped on the 19th. I told them i was reversing the charges on my card. They said they were issuing a credit and i would see it in 3-5 days. Im not holding my breath because that seems to be their game if you read through the reviews. I will let my amex handle it. And they are not canadian, they are from africa. Meds are probably bootleg. sometimes a good deal is not so good

A total rip off! Order on 3/12/20, called about order wasn't in Canada, was in Singapore. As of 4/2/20 still not received! Call credit card company and reported them. It's 4/24/20 received package from Canada Pet Care, package contain 2 empty boxes of BRAVECTO! They will not answer the telephone!
