CanadapetcareReviews of canadapetcare.com

The Revolution does not work. Since I am a breeder, I ordered 4 boxes. The Revolution boxes said that the plant that manufactured it is in South Africa. It is COUNTERFEIT. I spent over 200.00. My animals are suffering because they have flea allergies. I ordered 3 years ago and the Revolution box said Manufactured in Indonesia. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered Revolution for dogs from Canadapetcare.com thinking it was a Canadian company but they're actually located in Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius, in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Madagascar. When the product arrived I was thinking wow that packaging looks weird. It even says Africa all over it. Oh well I thought maybe it's meant for export to Africa... The individually wrapped items seemed kinda familiar but the printing on them was so blurry I couldn't read it. Oh well I thought maybe it got past quality assurance so I opened it up. Then I opened the actual medicine wondering why the little "vials" looked so weird and it smelt so different and I was thinking maybe being shipped in the heat made it smell weird or maybe they use a different formula... Well my dogs who are all mellow with life and easily let me apply their medicine smelt it and started going crazy. So I knew something was very wrong. I went back on the website and the packaging looks different than what they themselves show the picture as. I looked up counterfeit revolution and the exact picture of what I'm holding is the picture shown as counterfeit. I took the fake revolution to my local vet just to make sure and they confirmed it's counterfeit. Do not buy from this website. Poisoning your pet with unknown chemicals isn't worth saving some money.

Purchased 12 doses of Nexgard for my dog expecting it to come from the North American Continent. After it was taking a long time, I called and was told that it was actually being shipped from the UK. Alright, not happy, should have been disclosed, but not the end of my world. Then I receive the product. They opened a 3 pack box and put 12 doses in the box and taped it over. NOT OK! I called to complain and was assured that the product is legit and safe but that they repackage the product to save on shipping. She also eluded to the fact that since they don't charge the customer shipping, I shouldn't have a problem with this. I told her what they did is illegal and if it was not a big deal, why don't they disclose that information on their website to begin with. NO WHERE does it say that they will be sending repackaged goods! She offered to refund my money and for me to return the product. I told her I wanted what I paid for...12 doses of the product IN THEIR ORIGINAL AND UNTAINTED BOX. That, apparently is not an option. Believe me when I tell you I WILL NEVER ORDER from this company again! As promised to their representative, I will report my experience to every review site I find. I have broadcasted it all over social media. By all means go ahead and tell this scam company about my review with a message from me that they should rot in prison but if nothing else they will surely rot in hell!

I'm convinced this company is a SCAM selling counterfeit products. Hopefully nothing dangerous for pets. Shady process, not sold from Canada (hiding?), you get a call from a foreigner asking questions they should already know from the order form. He asked if it's okay to receive a different box than the original. NO! that is not okay. Why would they send products in different boxes than the big brands use and no way would the big brands allow anyone to sell their products and remove from the boxes sealed by the manufacturer. It was all too weird and once I read the reviews I knew for certain my fears were true, they were getting me to agree to send me counterfeit products. They did cancel my order and gave me a refund after my heated discussion with the foreigner, not a Canadian. He said they ship from Europe. Why? I've ordered from a different Canadian based pet vet supply online store and it was legit and I will search for them to use again. I'm reporting this company to the makers of Revolution and Droncit to let them figure out what's up with this company. I hope the products which I believe are likely fake are just water and not dangerous ingredients. They think they are riding under the radar by pricing so much cheaper than other sources like Bestvetcare and Petshed etc. You get what you pay for and the other sources are still a LOT cheaper than the vets in the US or pet stores in the US and with online from overseas you don't need a prescription to order so be careful and order from a legit source, you will still save a lot.

The worst company, should have done my research before ordering. Has fraudulently charged my credit card twice without me every having received any products from them and without my authorization.

Buyer BEWARE!! You know that saying "if it is too good to be true, it probably is?" Well this company is a sham and hopefully the products they are passing off as the real thing (note: they are NOT) just have harmless ingredients in them, but why take a chance? I ordered from this company months ago. When the product finally arrived (6 weeks from order date!) it was in a totally different box, the product was larger than the product I was used to (Comfortis) and since I already suspected this place was selling fakes I immediately called the manufacturer of Comfortis and they were appalled that this company was selling a product, that requires a prescription, without one and furthermore there were several red flags that this product was definitely NOT the legitimate one! I am thankful I suspected this company was a scammer and fortunately had already filed a claim with my credit card company (happy to say I got my money back) and my bank and Elanco (the makers of Comfortis) said they are doing an investigation. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS. The "customer service" people (it always sounded like the same guy when I called. I swear once it sounded like I had woken him up!) were rude and would just hang up on me when I asked them questions about the reliability of the products they sell. Also, this company is now in New Zealand! It sounds like maybe they keep moving around to avoid prosecution! BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did it take 5 weeks for my order to ship, it was then “returned to sender”. When I contacted them they said I needed to handle it myself with USPS. USPS told me they had to approve it but they continued to refuse to help. I disputed the $140 charge with my bank - I am so grateful they actually deliver appropriate customer service. Canada pet care is the worst. Save yourself the headache and order anywhere else!!!

AVOID this place! Shipping takes 4-5 weeks and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!!!
