Company is a complete scam. After placing my order the following day I received an email from the company. The email stated that they were "trying" to reach me. What a joke!! First the email was sent when the company was closed (for several hours) and they never called or emailed me stating that they were trying to reach me. I contacted them the following day by phone. The representative told me that I needed to provide a copy of the front and back of my credit card along with a signed authorization form "allowing" the company to bill my credit card company. "He stated this was to prevent fraud." This authorization form states that I agree with Canada Petcares terms and conditions. (Essentially I would have no dispute rights with my credit card company) I told the representative to cancel my order and credit my account. I have never had to provide ANY company a copy of the front and back of my credit card much less require a signed authorization form. I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY to buy from this company, they're located in the United Kingdom but they have a company name of Canada Petcare. Obviously the company name is extremely misleading. Why would a company need to mislead anyone unless they have questionable business practices. Unfortunately one star was the only option since no stars wasn't an option.

I purchased HeartGuard Plus one year supply for my dog, received totally different products from what I see online. The company shouldn't use inaccurate web descriptions and fake photos miss leading consumers to purchase the products that turned out to be completely different brands. The customer service was very poor, you can't get through phone, I have to write them twice before they agreed to return the products to UK, which I would not trust them again end up wasting money. I also purchased Brovacto (anti-fleas drug) from them, my dog can tell they taste different, and wouldn't eat them. I would not have any business with them in the future. I wish I could have found their reviews here before I made any purchases.

I purchased 12 anti flees tablets as shown per photos they sent me a 7 month supply as it’s expires before I can even use a part of all that we all know it’s only a 3 month dose each time needed so basically I got one time at best HERE IS THE BEST PART I CONTACTED CANADA PET CARE ASSISTANCE BASICALLY THEY RATHER WRAPP THIS UNDER THE CARPET KNOWING THEY ARE GETTING A BAD REVIEW SNEAKY WAY TO RID OF MY BAD REVIEW WE WILL REFUND ONCE U SEND US BACK THE GOODS INSTEAD OF REPLACING SO THIS WAY I CANT WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!

They called themselves CanadaPetCare, using the Canadian maple leaf in their logo and will be charged in US money! what a joke! you will only find out when you look at you credit card statement !

I order pet meds for my dog. She had to be taken to the vets because of throwing up and.couldn't stop her bowels after taking the meds. She never got sick from them before until I got them from here. I wanted to return the rest but would have had to return to UK which mailing would cost as much as the meds. My vet told me to throw out all meds from there

First they overcharged me. The invoice was for 33.50 and they billed my account 42.89. When I called to find out why, they lied to me. When called on it, they changed their lie. A "supervisor" did finally refund me the difference after I had to practically blow up at him for trying his best to continue to lie. They charged me for tracked shipping, no option to opt out of it. But they failed to provide a tracking number with the order shipment mail. I had to write them to get that even. This was possibly the worst experience I have had with online shopping, and I once made a mistake and ordered something from Wish. Will not make the mistake of buying anything from them again.

This place is a SCAM! The medication they sent me is NOT the same one I give to my cats. Packaging suspect. Ingredients suspect. I reported this place to the manufacturer of the medication. I was told not to give the medication to my cats as the manufacturer stated they never packaged their medication like what I received from this place. The first time I called this place, I should have realized it was shady! When phone was answered, it sounded like I had woken the guy up and he just said "hello" I had to ask.him if this was Canada Pet Care and he said, "uhhh, yes?" Like he was asking me! Shady as hell and dishonest to boot. Thankfully I also reported this to my Credit Union who issued me a full refund. Guess who called me right after that and started swearing at me? Yep, this place! Sleepy guy was wide awake this time.

This is a scam. They said my order was delivered which it was not. Couldn’t help me told me to call my local post office. Now I have to dispute charges with my bank. Stay away this company is a scam.
