This js not a company I would use again. I placed an order 16 days ago, it has said shipped since a day or 2 after I ordered but I have received nothing. If I 2anter to track the order it cost extra so that is not an option I picked, didn't think it was right to charge for that. If you need something sooner for your pet I would recommend locally or a better company.

I was really hopeful because the prices were great but when the products arrived, I compared them against the real ones I had bought through legitimate agencies and the ones received from this company were very evidently fakes. I'm worried I'm not going to get my refund because the entire process was sketchy when I requested a return.

Ordered flea med from this Supposedly Canadian company. Arrived on time, it was what I ordered BUT my invoice DID NOT SAY US$ I found out once I received my visa bill. This is NOT a Canadian company and I feel duped because of name and logo. This company’s headquarters are in England.

I made a very large order since I have 16 dogs. I ordered revolution for dogs. They sent me an email stating I call them. They told me revolution was out of stock but that they would replace it with the generic brand. I said fine are you going to refund the difference since revolution is a lot more expensive. They said they could not do that. So they allow people to order the revolution at a higher price, then say they are out of stock, then say they can’t refund the difference. Seems like a scam to get extra money by allowing people to order the higher price name brand then saying it’s out of stock but they can’t refund the difference. No thanks I will order from somewhere else. My first and last time doing business with this shady company. There’s better companies out there

I have been asking this company for 3 years to stop spamming me. They will stop for a couple months then start again. I have emailed them over and over but they won’t stop spamming me. Don’t do business with them unless you want to be hounded for the rest of your life!!!

Ordered a med for my dog on May 17 and nearly a month later it still hasn't arrived. According to tracking information, it's still sitting in customs, where it's been sitting since the day after I ordered it nearly a month ago. Contacted them several times, the last time they assured me I would have it by the end of that week. Nothing. Super disappointed.

Got an email requesting confirmation. I tried calling (vm only) and emailing however no acknowledgment from the company. Seems fake and a fraud.

Did not get what I ordered. I wanted flea/tick medication of a specific kind for my adult cats and received something for tiny kittens. Not happy. Do not trust this company.
