Shipment is Two Weeks Late
Shipment is two weeks late. No discount offers no free expedited shipping. Nothing but a mass apology e mail for not being prepared for one of the biggest holidays for partying of the year. I’ll be returning my order as soon as it gets here.

Good options for what’s available/ prepping and shipping took awhile
Good options for what’s available. Prepping and shipping is taking longer than expected. I am pleased at the end of the day though.

I am sorry to hear your package is taking longer than expected to get to you. I did take a look at the tracking and it looks like it should be delivered today ( https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9405511108400068762982 ). Again we do apologize the production and ship time was longer than you would have liked, we do strive to have the highest quality standards so almost all of our items are made to order at time of purchase. Disappointed
When I received the hat that I had ordered, I was very disappointed in the quality of the stitching. Since it was made for my fraternity, I assume that it can’t be returned.
