Fabulous customer service!!
I ordered a personalized shirt as a gift. The shirt arrived with several snags and puckered in the area where it was personalized. I emailed CC and didn’t expect to hear back from anyone right away but did expect a hassle to get a replacement shirt. Much to my surprise, I received a very nice email thanking me for the opportunity to give CC another chance to make my order 100% within a few hours. I also received a return label so that I could return the shirt at no cost to me, which I also appreciate. Kyla was exceptional and the reason I’ll continue to be a customer. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!!

Excellent quality and service
Excellent quality and service. This is my 3rd time to order. I Was notified when shipping was delayed, and then again when it had shipped. My son is going to love his items!

Quality Control
Campus Classics has great products, very nice, great quality and very trendy. Prices are reasonable as well. However, Campus Classics need some help with quality control. I have ordered 3 times from campus classics since 2020, And twice was a mistake on their part. Like always “COVID” is an excuse for shipping delays (I ordered a paddle and took 3 months to ship). My last order, I payed express shipping and it still took 3 weeks. Furthermore, I ordered a Sigma Chi flag and received an ATO flag! So much for paying extra for shipping. Will I use Campus Classics again? Probably not, I would shop directly from the General Fraternity first (even if it’s a little more expensive).
