BEWARE. 2FA was not recognised for an existing account and therefore you have no access to your account - which in turn means that you can not access any support. It is a serious flaw in the business model and means that you can not speak to a human. Be aware that if you turn on 2FA and the authenticator app fails - you are then locked out and you loose access to your database.

They closed my account without notice so I lost all previous campaigns and my entire database of contacts which I entrusted to these clowns. When I finally found a way to contact the company I was told that they deleted my account for "compliance reasons". They also said I had been advised of this intention. I have no record of any such notification. Do not trust these people with your data!

I had a very disappointing experience with Campaign Monitor. There were no clear instructions on how to cancel a subscription. I sent an email to cancel my subscription and received no response. Meanwhile, they continued to withdraw money from my bank account for several months without my noticing. When I contacted them, I was informed that their emails are not monitored, a fact that was never communicated to me. I did not receive any auto-reply to indicate that my cancellation notice had not been received, so I mistakenly believed that the cancellation had been processed. Dealing with Mike, the shift leader, was particularly frustrating as he showed no empathy towards my situation. Although I requested to escalate the issue to a manager, I was told it had been escalated but still received a response from the same person, not the manager. Overall, my experience with Campaign Monitor was far from satisfactory.

Cannot contact these people at all. Our admin has left the company, and its impossible to make contact with them. I urgently need to update my billing details..

Encountered technical issues with transactional email. Response from the Technical Support Specialist was "our support team does not offer support". This would be hilarious if it wasn't a business service!

My experience so far is dreadful. First they take your credit card. Once I built the campaign (taking many hours) they inform you that "they will review it". I try to login a day later and the account is locked. One day later still I get an automated email saying "you have sent your first campaign" but this is not true - it's part of their fake customer service campaign. There is no email ANYWHERE that you can email to ask what the hell is going on. The emails they send you to sign up "are not monitored". So now I have an account with my credit card on but no means to access it. Then the real kicker - I sign up for a new account on Instagram and get the message "your IP as been flagged as a proxy server". This has never happened in 4 years of living here so there is only one possibility. I run a successful business and the service from Campaign Monitor would rate one of the worst I've ever experienced in 30 years. Work with them at your peril.

Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

Subscribed for a package, paid, my credit card debited for the subscription amount. I logged in, provided all the required/ requested information, tried logging back the following day and getting this message “WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT THIS TIME A MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM HAS ALREADY CONTACTED US". For over 1 week no reply to the email i sent to their support team No response to twitter nor Facebook message for help. AVOID BY ALL COST THIS COMPANY DOESNT HAVE ANY HUMAN WORKING FOR THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU
