I am amazed at how fast my balances have decreased! I should have done this a long time ago.

I think small details should be discussed with clients (i.e, collector calls stopping). I continued to be bombarded with collect calls from the same bank and was not aware that the calls would stop after the first processed payment.

Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous, respectful, and quick to respond. Once the initial setup iscomplete, enrollment in the program is worry free. I have the funds drafted from my account on a set day each month. I receive a statement from Cambridge each month detailing the disbursements to my creditors. I also continue to get my statements from creditors and can see that payments are consistently received from Cambridge in a timely manner and in the amounts agreed upon.

Account rep worked very hard to set up payments with creditors. Afterwards the top notch customer service staff easily handles any snags along the way.
