My counselor guides me, but follows my needs and questions within the appointments. I appreciate how he can cycle back around to things in a patient way, to help ME, as I learn to use the tools and concepts for my better, stronger financial self.

They're great to work with. I've needed to take some accounts off and they helped me with that, no problems. If I need to add some later, I'm sure it'll be fine to do too.
