I don’t know what Jamie (1 star on 3/14/26 is talking about). I had inadvertently had made a typo when entering my email during sign up and, consequently, couldn’t sign in. I was able to send a message about my trouble signing in, which was answered by Emma via email. She had already figured out the problem, corrected it and all is good. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BU EMMA!

I found the app wasn't right for me, customer service was very good with communication and stayed true to their terms and conditions.

I did not purchase this stupid set up. Buyers beware. I actually believed there is somebody out there that really cares about and want to help people in trouble. I should have known better. I should have trusted my instincts. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. 2 red flags. You can’t send them an email. There is absolutely no help option. They are scammers that just want your money. It’s always about the money. I went all through the questions only to find my self at a payment wall. This should clearly be stated UP FRONT not snuck in at the end. It’s BAIT that you will believe their bullshit and Buy BUY BUY SELL SELL SELL Watch out. I stumbled onto this site off a reels on Facebook. 😡

The app was very simple to use and the structure was easy to follow. The Chat feature was also great when you needed to communicate during difficult times! Thank you!

Even though I understand I'm talking with an AI, it really helps me a lot. I don't have a lot of people to lean on and calmio is always there to listen and support. I got really great advice and I actually see my mood improving daily.
