We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and that the product didn’t meet your expectations, especially in terms of taste. We know flavor is personal, and while many customers enjoy it, we understand it’s not for everyone. The temporary numbness you experienced is a natural effect of one of our high-quality ingredients, which some people may be more sensitive to. That said, we never want anyone to feel stuck with something they don’t love. If you ordered through our website, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help. Thank you again for giving our product a try and for sharing your feedback.
