I've been using u relax now for about 6 months and really enjoy it. It has a great taste ( i prefer the mixed berry one!), helps relax, calm my stress and has certainly helped me cut back on drinking alcohol. I've ordered it several times now.

First of all, I got zero "buzz" from this. Like drinking Cool Aid. Second, I thought I was making a one-time purchase, but started getting emails thanking me for signing up for monthly deliveries of this useless stuff. I had to call and cancel.

I like the mixed berry flavored U Relax calming tonic. I use it almost every night around 5 pm. I think it calms me down but I'm not 100 percent sure. It makes me feel like I am having a drink and after if I want a real alcoholic drink I will have another U Relax or sometimes a bone broth. It's a very good thing to use if you are cutting back on alcoholic drinks. Expensive but worth it. I lost my shaker and use something else but really like the shaker that came initially.

Honestly, I first started taking U Relax to help me stop relying on alcohol at the end of stressful days. I quickly discovered that the product doesn’t give you that strong, buzzed feeling, and its taste isn’t candy, but it is definitely worth powering through. It makes you feel calmed down and a bit sleepy, and the flavor is improved dramatically when you drink it ice cold (I fill my shaker halfway with water, add the tonic, and shake it up. Then, fill shaker rest of way with ice, shake again, drink) After about a week of taking it, I realized that not only did I sleep better, but my mood was much happier the following day (I would take it in the evening after I got home from work). I found myself singing at work, and laughing again for the first time in forever. The product as a whole makes me feel better focused, balanced, and happier in general. To me, this product is a must have in my life. Highly recommend!
