This product is really great. I would say it’s amazing. I did a dry June and July and this product really took the edge off at the end of the day. It replaced just a habit of grabbing a drink just to relax a little bit.

It really works! I’ve tried so many products to help sleep and this is the only one I’ve found that really helps me fall asleep! I enjoy a glass before bed and within 15-20 minutes I’m relaxed and sleepy. As a pharmacist I can honestly say this is better than prescription or otc medications because it doesn’t have the side effects!

We all have bad days. I've been coping through 4 bad months. When my granchild was born I wanted to connect and celebrate with him. So I stopped drinking on his birth day. That is something no one can take away from us but me!. My beautiful Great Pyrenees service dog was maimed by a veterinarian. The sadness, the grief, the horror would have easily taken someone to a drink. I've tried a lot of the mocktails as I refuse to give up my connection with my grandson or my Lolita glass collection! I've tried other products. But this one stands apart from them all. I have been without rest, so stressed out I can't breathe as I try to fight for Prince and his recovery. What I have noticed is I look forward to my calmtail! It definitely serves its purpose. The stress, the fear, any desire I may have to pick up a drink goes away. I look forward to my calmtails each evening. Absolutely delicious and one can be so creative with this delicious little powder. You don't even know you're drinking a non-alcoholic beverage. I can write a whole chapter on how deep I sleep now. Straight through the stress and worry. I awake fresh and ready to be Prince's nurse for one more day. Thank you so much for truly taking the edge off in such a troubling time. Great news is I dont have to wait till 5:00. As they say, it's 5:00 somewhere. In my house now it's anytime. It really will give a relaxing and calming effect without the use of alcohol. I certainly like it and will purchase again.

A bitter but effective solution This drink is overly sweet with stevia and then incredibly bitter which I understand is the result of the kava. That being said, after I have made it through half a serving I start to feel a whole body calm and relaxation. By the time I finish the whole serving I am feeling very relaxed and nothing is going to stress me out. I drank it at 4:30 and by 8:30 I was still feeling amazing and went to right sleep. It works! But it tastes bad.

Every thing about this company is a lie, Their products taste like garbage and even after I cancelled they kept sending me more of their junk and can’t get them to refund me.

Love the product. Tad expensive. Have used the relax, sleep and focus. They all work pretty well. Mostly use the relax for after work chill time. No issue's.

I first tried U Relax beverages from Calming Co. when I decided to finally give up drinking wine. Now I actually look forward to the evening when I can enjoy my Mixed Berry calming tonic. I find it honestly relaxes me and one glass, as I keep adding ice to it, can last all evening. I’m surprised it only has 5 calories, 4 carbs, and no sugar nor sodium! I really believe it’s the 4 main ingredients that makes the beverages so calming which is exactly what I want for an evening drink: kava, ashwagandha, l-theanine, and lemon balm-how healthy does that sound? I sincerely hope you give this product a try as I believe they’re great!
