You can run both a hard center or virtual center. Integrations is thier specialty as well, including a direct integration to Saleforce which is critical for my implementations. We love how easy the website is to use. We buy, track and monitor our phone usage. Still very amazed at the technology and being able to listen or transcribe calls.

Great integration with other platforms. Simple and easy to use.

I highly recommend CTM, I've used Marchex and CallRail in the past. We moved to CTM for price and organizational purposes. I think improvements can definitely be made, but overall we've been very happy.
