Their website is a little confusing but when I messaged them about a few problems I was having, they got back to me with solutions within a short time. That being said, they seem to be compassionate and willing to take your situation seriously. After you fill out a questionnaire, they may ask a few follow-up questions to evaluate your request. Also, their quarterly subscription is very reasonable. I am very happy with CallOnDoc!
