Best service ever had my treatment plan and script within an hour will use again

Let me tell you this company is awesome I never new anything like this i mean you can get online answer a few questions and that's it no waiting in line or people knowing you're business i mean i did not know that something like this was online so if anyone has a problem don't hesitate to give them a call any questions that i have they where right there, 🤠 yahoo!

I started to experience symptoms of a UTI and submitted a questionnaire re my health history & symptoms via their website. I was extremely happy I found CallonDoc, especially during our pandemic where it’s best to avoid a doctors office, if at all possible. I submitted my questionnaire late during the night/early morning and by 7am I had a physician response and prescription treatment was sent to my pharmacy. The only issue I had was the antibiotic I was prescribed I had an allergic reaction to. As soon as i started to feel “odd” by the second day of starting my treatment I contacted their office on a Saturday morning and received a call from the physician on duty. She was very concerned, asked me my current symptoms and prescribed me a new antibiotic for my UTI, as well as a steroid to help relieve my allergic reaction. I will definitely use their service again, hopefully though not any time soon.

Website easy to use. Dashboard to view progress didn't really change to show progress and there was some glitches getting calls directed to me instead of my husband. When I did get in contact with an associate they were polite and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The Doctor contacted me and we were able to discuss concerns and move forward to complete prescriptions. The coupons Callondoc sent me were valuable and helped me save a lot of money. The pharmacy received the orders promptly after doctor visit. I got my prescriptions filled and in my hands very quickly. Overall great experience. Thank you.
