We were on our way to our vacation home when I sensed I was getting a UTI. The drive was 11 hours and I was very uncomfortable. We arrived late on a Saturday night. I dreaded waiting until Monday to see a doctor and I didn't want to go to the ER (this was during COVID). I decided to look online to see what my options were and found CallonDoc. I knew the symptoms of a UTI since I had it before and knew I just needed antibiotics. After answering a few questions about my symptoms, CallonDoc told me a doctor would answer my case within 2-4 hours. I was skeptical given it was a Saturday night. I went to bed and the next morning around 6:30am I received notification that the prescription I needed had been sent to the pharmarcy I had indicated. I was so relieved! This service saved me lots of time and pain. It is now a week later and my symptoms are gone thanks to the antibiotics I was prescribed. I would definitely use this service again for minor issues like a UTI.
