This option of having being seen by an online physician was so gentler you may say then having to deal with the badgering of a one on one clinic with a nurse probing you for every detail of your sex life. I will definitely recommend this option to my fellow health care workers.

I have used CallonDoc several times now and am pleased with their service. I had one hiccup with a prescription where the ER (extended-release) version of the prescription wasn't ordered but just the regular dosage. When I got back from my pharmacy, I contacted CallonDoc via email and explained what happened. Literally within 5 minutes I had a response from their team stating that they spoke to a pharmacist at my pharmacy and corrected the order! Now that's service!! I LOVE CallonDoc!! Thank you so much for such great service! Well worth the consultation fee!

Easy to use site and care plan with prescription was returned quickly. One thing I would suggest is to add a place for patient to request liquid or capsules when applicable. The tablets I got were HUGE and got caught in my esophagus. The pharmacist could not change the the form of the med without a new prescription. So, even if there is not a specific question, I suggest you make a note if you have difficulty swallowing HUGE tablets.

Callondoc was a real lifesaver! I got a boil under my arm for the first time in my life and it became painful. This was by far the quickest and cheapest experience I’ve ever had with any virtual visit. If needed again, I would definitely use this service again.

Really great experience. Have used them twice and found them to be very responsive, efficient, friendly, knowledgable and supportive. I won't hesitate to use them again and I very much appreciate the service they provide, which is perfect for those of us who really don't like doctor visits or hospitals.
