First rate for compassionate care, but....
The people at CallOnDoc are really great. It is a wonder how they could be so caring, especially with a patient who seemed to have one problem after another! However, their communication message protocols need to be cleaned up. It is as if no one is reading any previous messages; there is a definite lack in continuity. It all works out in the end, but frankly causes unnecessary stress - repeating messages, having canned responses slipped in at inopportune times, ordering refills when not asked. But, I would recommend them in a heartbeat because they DO eventually get the problem solved. So happy I found their website.
