I needed to see a psychiatrist to update my anxiety meds and ask a few questions. The doctor let me ask questions and was very patient and helpful. The price was also a big win for me, it saved me about $150!

I pay for4 refill and I return my medication because I didn't work they charge me 69.00 dollars . I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

Everything was straight forward, I would had given a 5 star except that I could only get one prescription for pain but I also needed a prescription to reduce the swelling and that was not an option, to get more than one prescription I guess you would have to pay for another consultation to get the second medicine.

I had a great experience with callondoc. I've never used a service like this before and I thought I would speak to a doctor over the phone or video chat. With this service you fill out a questionnaire with all of your symptoms and history, then the doctor reviews and prescribed meds accordingly. So after reviewing my symptoms, the doctor sends the prescription to my pharmacy electronically. I never spoke to or saw the doctor on video chat as I thought would be the case. That was ok with me and the whole process from the time I started the questionnaire to the time CVS had my prescription was less than 30 minutes. I was very happy about that. So, I saved a huge amount of time by not having to make an appointment with my doctor, waiting hours at my doctor's office, then still spending time waiting for the prescription afterwards. This is a great service to use, especially after hours or if you don't have the time to wait and make an appointment with your doctor. I will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.
