⭐ 1 out of 5 stars I am extremely disappointed with my experience using CallOnDoc.com. I paid $40 out of pocket because I was dealing with a sinus infection and needed medical treatment. Instead of receiving timely assistance, I was repeatedly asked question after question, only to be told they would not prescribe me an antibiotic. The entire process was frustrating, time-consuming, and a complete waste of my money. I eventually had to use a local virtual urgent care service, where I was evaluated and received the treatment I needed in approximately two minutes. Had I known how difficult and unhelpful my experience with CallOnDoc would be, I would have gone directly to my local urgent care and saved myself the $40 and the aggravation. I understand that prescribing medication requires medical judgment, but I expected a more efficient and helpful experience for a service I paid for. I would not recommend CallOnDoc based on my experience. I feel that I wasted $40 and valuable time when I could have received care elsewhere much faster.
