I am completely impressed with this service. The assessment process was quick and easy - a few questions about my situation. The response time was on point - my prescription was ready within a few hours after I submitted my claim. Honestly, it was like talking with my doctor from my living room. And being in "lock down" mode because of COVID, this was perfect.

It is a great idea. But it says 1-2 hour then you get results. My results was a Dr saying he emailed me for more information, never received it (still). Then when you contact them? It still took 3 emails(in a 4 hr span) before I finally got a response to the first one. Then 8 hrs later, he sends a script for the most expensive brand(not generic). I finally got the antibiotics, and still think it’s a great idea. But there should be some protocol to talk to each other. Maybe an involved chat like in your phone company?

Accessible, easy site to navigate through, within 1 hour my symptoms were being reviewed by a Dr., within 2 hours my script had been sent to my local pharmacy, and were ready for pick up by the time I got off work. I placed a call to my regular Dr. regarding my symptoms and have yet to receive a call back!! I will use again and recommend to all, GIVE IT A TRY, IT’S AWESOME!!
