Great great and great. I had a problem with my prescription not arriving so I sent a text to callondoc, they personally text me back within minutes, reached out to my pharmacy and spoke to a pharmacist and an hour later I picked up my prescription. Great experience

Very easy and quick to get medicines I needed.

I received a lab report during a long holiday weekend that indicated I had a UTI. My primary care physician (PCP), who requested the report, had prescribed an antibiotic as a pre-report safety measure. However, upon picking up the antibiotic at the pharmacy, I found it was one that I was not comfortable taking due to its side effects. Since my PCP was unavailable, I decided to try CallonDoc (never heard of them before this). It was a great experience. The time from beginning the online RX request until receiving notice from my pharmacy that the RX was ready to be picked up was about two hours. I would prefer to use this service over going to my PCP, but that is probably not possible for all cases. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.
