We were on vacation and our youngest developed swimmers ear. This service was a HUGE help! We were able to get him the drops he needed asap. The process was thorough but easy to complete.

It took 4 hours to receive a treatment plan and prescription when it's supposed to be quick. Customer service is terrible. There's no way to reach a live person for assistance and when you send a message no one responds.
