I paid for and requested an order for a test. The order was said to be sent, but it never was. Even if they had sent it, they chose a random business in the area to send it to - not the hospital. But I called the business and they didn't receive the fax either. The appointment time came and because there is no order, I am not able to get this urgent test. I called and they hung up on me and when I called back they didn't answer. I texted and they refused to fax the order to the right number. Absolutely horrendous service. I asked for a refund since no order was sent and they refused to do that as well. Horrible service and a huge waste of time and now I have to go to the ER because of their ineptitude and deceptive practices.

so easy to do for a simple sinus infection while on hold with our doctor. Picked up scipt and drove home then got a call back from our Dr. haha too easy

I have been living in thick wildfire smoke for the last 2.5mo. I knew I had a sinus infection just like many in my area have gotten from the smoke.
