When you having a reoccurring health issue. It’s the absolute same as visiting your pcp co-pay etc $35 for visit $25 for meds. Definitely quicker and more convenient. I am thankful for OnCallDr would highly recommend. Be honest during questionnaire and you’ll get proper treatment until seeing your pcp!!

I recently ordered a script with CallDoc through my pharmacy/distributor. CallonDoc processed my request and within several hours my pharmacy confirmed receipt and processed it. The process was great...does require providing some documentation but other than that I intend to use CallonDoc again. The major factor for me is that the process saves time of making an appointment and going to a physicians office. CalldonDocs handling fees, for me were lower than the initial cost of an office visit. My script was paid for as usual by my medical insurance...so there was no additional cost there.

I contacted CallonDoc on Thanksgiving day for treatment of a nasty sinus infection. Their treatment plan was delivered quickly, and the pharmacy contacted me in record time to say my prescription was ready.

So easy to use and very helpful!

Thank goodness CallonDoc prescribed appropriate antibiotics & treatment plan. My psoriasis is accompanied by the risk of recurring skin infections called cellulitis. A Dr. appt would be 2 weeks out thru HMO. The alternative was urgent care facility where staff unfamiliar with psoriasis/cellulitis would subject me to unneeded testing (happened to me 2x before). CallonDoc gave me an opportunity to explain my history to a dermatology expert via email. The service is great. Thank you, doctor! Swelling, pain & redness receding. Feel better already! The website often refused to load and payment page scroll bar disappeared so only half of the payment page showed on MS Edge which is why this gets 4 stars. I am glad I persisted with subpar website by using the keypad scrollbar as a workaround to complete paying the reasonable fee.
