Convenient
I live in a rural area and I could not make it to the Urgent Care in town before they closed. I was able to call CallonDoc and within an hour have a treatment plan and a prescription called into a pharmacy. It was so convenient.

The worst.
The worst thing about a company is when they have no way to reach a living human being that works there. No phone number where you can talk to one. No messenger where you can talk to one. No email where you can talk to one. Just automated nonsense that is AI 1990s stupid.
