I thought I was on TelaDoc, and used CallonDoc by accident. I had the best experience I have encountered for virtual medical care. The site was easy to use, and asked pertinent questions relating to your personal health, and the illness you were seeking treatment for. Response time was good, and the prescribed medications were called into the designated pharmacy in a timely manner. I will use Callondoc again in the future, and recommend them to my friends and family.

The best part of my interaction with CallonDoc.com was Kavita in support! She was amazing. I was leaving for Mexico at 5am Monday but needed a prescription for a scratched cornea late on Sunday night after urgent cares had closed and almost all pharmacies in town had closed. I had planned to just get something over the counter but knew I should have an antibiotic to prevent infection on my trip. Kavita helped expedite that for me late at night so I very much appreciate her. One thing to note--I was already standing in the pharmacy and this was my first time to use CallonDoc.com. Don't choose the consultation option since the response time can be up to 2 hours. I didn't realize that or I would have opted for the phone call with a doc.

Extremely fast and professional service!!! I called Pharmacy to verify the script was being processed and am on the way to pick it up! I will definitely be using this service again and telling everyone I know about this!

I contacted them at 12:30 at night. We chatted via text and within 5 minutes our visit was complete with a prescription called in for antibiotics at our local Kroger. 5 stars for convenience and ease!

Was able to fill a script I needed within 24 hours of me first contacting them. They were a bit slow at responding, but it wasn’t emergent, and I had no issues with them filling what I needed. Would use this again, as it’s very convenient.
