I had a great experience with them, they answered my text and emails ASAP, worth to try 👍🏾

On the website it states that you will hear from a provider within 1-2 hours, I waited 4.5 hours and then missed the call. I also don't think it is clear if someone is going to call you back or prescribe something. You need to be clear on what is going to happen. Once I spoke with the provider, everything was fine but this was 8 hours later.

My husband tested positive for Covid and needed medicine to deal with the symptoms. Getting the prescription was fast and easy, even at 3am in the morning. We had to wait for the pharmacy to open and fill it, of course. I still value in-person visits and the human connection. The doctor didn’t ask any questions or leave any comments. But considering the circumstances and how incredibly busy healthcare professionals are, this is a great alternative when you know already what’s wrong and just need the medicine.

Easy access and fast response for my problem, especially since it was New Years Eve. Was able to get the medications I needed before everything closed for the holiday. Highly recommend this site!!

I was a skeptic of using on-line health methods. This my first consultation with CallonDoc. Like any reputable healthcare organization - they asked about medications and health history questions. You do have to choose from a pre-defined list of conditions and symptoms to advance further in the on-line process. There is even a place to upload pictures associated with the area of complaint. Since my consultation was on New Year's Eve (day), I was wondering if I would actually get any resolution that day. It did take 5 hours; but, I was totally satisfied with the ability to pick up my prescription that day and experience relief within 15 minutes of taking the medicine. I will use this service again.

I couldn't find a Dr or urgent care willing to see me because I had covid. I was able to get the medication I needed to get better and breathe easier. I am thankful for CallonDoc and will definitely use them again in the future.

CallonDoc was amazing. During this crazy pandemic, there was no available appointments with urgent care, ER waits were 6 hours plus and telehealth services were jammed and no available doctors. BUT thanks to this wonderful website I was able to receive much needed prescription to help my strep throat. It did take about 4 hours to receive the prescription, but it was in New Years Eve. I want to thank this site so much for the peace of mind and help.
