The physician who called us was outstanding in that she listened to every word I, my wife and two boys told her about what was going on and we were on our way to getting a treatment plan along with prescriptions written and filled in less than two hours! We want to speak with her again the next time someone in our household isn't feeling well! After I filled out my form and paid, I had to reach back out to them after over 2 hours because I had not heard anything, I probably took another hour after that for them to send a prescription in for me. I didn't actually get to talk or discuss with anyone what was going on. It also took two attempts for them to send my prescription in and I had to wait an hour between each attempt to call in and check if the pharmacy had received my script. Definitely will not use this service again

The RN Prac K was exceptional yesterday. *Reason: bedside manner, active listening & probing questions to rule out. CallonDoc compared to my other Teleheath MD svc experiences is always a cut above. I will not being "trying out" new ones anymore. Not sick often, but I despise subpar svc when spending my money. It is important to me that a physician is discerning. Applying minimally necessary method criteria when prescribing antibiotics. Try to fit the situation. Not just through a Z-pac @every respiratory infection. & Her probing questions were so thoughtful, really important since it was this time for my daughter.
