It's actually an easy process just like it says in the advertising. It's quick, fast and solidified from giving a little condition information to payment to pick up in that order. Pick up to 3 hours but I'm not complaining at all!!!

Was easy to set up and give patient stats. You definitely have to be accurate in the symptoms and already prescribed medication. Definitely will recommend since my primary care doctor wasn't available until February.

I used them for the first and last time yesterday. I didn't speak to anyone, they just sent a prescription and closed out my appointment. Then they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, luckily costco text me or I wouldn't have known where is was at all. I tried to text the number on the summary and it tells you to text another number. You text that number and they do not respond. I also emailed and said I would like the phone consultation but I never heard back from them. I do not even know if I was diagnosed correctly.

CallOnDoc was easy to use. Minimum amount of important, relevant info required. Within 2 hours I was at pharmacy of my choice picking up script for UTI. No long waiting in crowded Dr office for a simple, but awful UTI .... I would like to see a bit better "in process" monitoring. Or am I just impatient?
