This has been a bad winter for me health wise. I'm usually very healthy. I belong to a local neighborhood health center where routine care is given, however since Covid has impacted us, I feel we have no healthcare system at all. Day after day when you call, there are long waits only to be told no one can see you. The last time this happened, I knew I had a sinus infection. I used CallonDoc and was able to pick up an antibiotic at my pharmacy in the morning. And then a month later I'm hit with different symptoms. Once again I call my health center for three days and can't even get a telemed visit. When the symptoms got really bad, I once again turned to you. Your doctor called me, heard that I had no voice, heard me cough a few times and diagnosed Acute Bronchitis. I had my meds in a couple of hours. Thank you Thank you Thank you

The service was easy to use. It only took about 40 minutes from the time I started the process until the prescription I needed was called in to the pharmacy. I would definitely use again if needed.

It was a holiday weekend & I needed meds for a painful oral fungal infection & couldn't wait. I answered a few basic health questions, selected my preferred treatment from the choices given & submitted some quick pics of the problem & in under 30 minutes I saw that my case had been reviewed in my portal. I did receive an email shortly thereafter saying that my script had been electronically submitted to my pharmacy & that I was able to pick it up A.S.A.P. The process was easy, affordable, fast, painless, convenient & comforting knowing I didn't have to go to an ER on a holiday weekend. I would not hesitate to use this service again!

This was very easy and took care of my immediate medical need right away. I cannot believe I am just finding out about this service. I don't plan to use it often but it is nice to know that someone had the forward-thinking to know that this service was needed by many! Well done!
