This Is My First Time Trying CallonDoc. Well At First It Was Great , Fast And Seems Like Everything Was Going Good, But Once Everything Was Settled , They Sent My Prescription Into My Choice Of Pharmacy, But Then I Called My Pharmacy As Said In The Instruction And I Checked If They Have Recieved It And They Did , But Unfortunately There Was An Error Or Some Sort In The Prescription Sent. They Have Emailed CallonDoc To Confrim And Try To Fix The Error But They Havent Gotten Back A Response From CallonDoc. Even I Tried Reaching Out To CallonDoc But Until Now I Havent Gotten A Reply Back About My Prescription. - I have called multiply times in different times ( I would say 5x or 6times )but it's the same answering recording all the time. I have reached out thru Email as well but no response. - update With All Of That Happen, I Want To Thank CallonDoc For Actually Doing Something About The situation. At First I Thought They Just Cared About The Payments But I Was Wrong. After I Posted This They Actually Did Things In Haze And Thank you. I would've given a 5star but the experience wasn't 100% BUT in the end I'm satisfied. I would use this again for sure.

This is without a doubt the best service on the planet. Nothing is worse than a UTI on a Saturday when there is nothing open to get treated except the hospital. Now there is CallonDoc. I absolutely cannot thank you enough.

Honestly, it was very easy . I received a call from a provider and she asked me a few questions. And she said she would send the prescription to the pharmacy. I was a bit skeptical at first because it was my first time using this service. But I will definitely try it again. I don’t have insurance at the moment. Sooo this helps a lot because during my work week I’m not able to take the time off of work . Hope this helps everyone. Stay well.God Bless. -jackie

Overall, I would recommend using CalloDoc.com because even though I have insurance the price was cheaper than the cost of my copay and driving to the clinc. Only took about a few hours to get the antibitoics needed.

Excellent and super fast service! Even on a Saturday night! Also had to get prescription to another cvs. Also no Problem got immediate reply by text and everything arranged. 5 star ⭐️ recommendation!
