Generally a great service. I didn’t get my prescription for my antibiotic though, which is why I chose the service. Per the pharmacy the medication prescribed is on back order and they messaged for a different dose. I’ve waited 3 days to see if a different order was placed, so I will email the customer service for help.

I logged on and filled out my information and it only took a few minutes and my prescription was at my pharmacy. CallonDoc the best! thank you all so much so appreciated.

I was in terrible pain with a UTI, couldn't get into my doctor right away and all the urgent care centers in my area were not accepting patients! Desperately, I googled "home UTI treatments", and the Callondoc site popped up. I was skeptical, but desperate. Turns out it was the best thing that could have happened. For not much more than my normal co-pay, I got a consult on line; it was quick, easy, and 20 minutes later my pharmacy had a prescription for antibiotics. They did the trick and I am feeling much better now. It truly was a Godsend. I highly recommend this service. Thank you!

On Mother’s Day at 4am is not a good time for a ER visit. Call on doc was able to write an Rx for antibiotics to treat a uti.
