So thankful that CallonDoc exists! I don’t have health insurance so seeing a doctor for something as simple as a bad case of poison ivy is expensive and I usually just suffer through these kinds of things. In under an hour an actual doctor called me to ask a few questions and make sure that I hadn’t come into contact with chemicals rather than poison ivy. And in less than 3 hours I had my prescription in hand! So grateful to the team for providing an incredibly important service for an affordable price, especially while so many Americans are uninsured. This is a great alternative to going to your doctor's office. I changed jobs so I lost my insurance. Paying cash for a doctor's visit was not feasible. It's also difficult to get an appointment. The turnaround time for a response at my doctor's office was always slow. Call on Doc was very fast in responding to emails/texts. I found them online and completed the questionnaire. They asked for a few documents that I easily emailed to them. I had my prescription a few hours later. Cheaper and faster than my doctor with better customer service. Was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I gave them a try. Very happy with the service they provided.
