The doctor was very nice and listened to me.

Booking process was easy. Uploaded photos no problem. That's where the good parts end though. Missed one phone call and they followed up by email/text which said to go to an emergency department and reply to acknowledge. I replied via the text number and email offered. Kept receiving messages repeatedly telling me to acknowledge even though I had already. To top it off, the guarantee is it that if they can't help, you get your $40 refunded. But because they weren't "receiving" my replies it never happened.

I was skeptical at first about an online doctor appointment (diagnosis with new medication)but, was I surprised! The entire experience was professional, expedient and patient friendly. Also, I must add, extremely budget friendly. I would recommend using CallonDoc to everyone! This mature cynic here learned a new lesson. Lol. Thank you CallonDoc.

I had was out of my blood pressure medicine for over 4 weeks and really needed to get my prescription refilled. Because I'm new to the area I still haven't found a new doctor. I found call on doc and they got my prescription filled without me have to find a new pcp. They have a great service and the turn around time to get my prescription was exceptionally fast. Will definitely use this service again.

Where has this service been my whole life?!?! Great communication, prescription issued in an hour or two! Even my own lifetime doctor won't write me a prescription unless I've actually had a in person visit with him within the previous year! Will definitely use again!
