EDIT: Call-On-Doc is attempting to remove my review claiming “they cannot locate my account” with the information provided - despite my name and email address matching exactly. This is a disgusting and dishonest attempt to censor my review and experience. After visiting urgent care just a few days ago, I reached out to this service as a last-ditch effort. I’ve been struggling for serious medical condition and was recently prescribed medications at an urgent care that have not at all improved my condition. After giving a thorough medical history, answering many questions (in great deatail), uploading images, and uploading medical documentation, I received a prompt treatment plan. The company prescribed me three different medications and told me how to use them but gave me absolutely no explanation or medical notes. They did not tell me whether or not I should discontinue the medication I’m currently taking, what the explanation for the new prescriptions were, or any follow up steps. I immediately messaged back and asked if I should discontinue my current medications before adding the renew medications they prescribed. They said they would get back to me shortly, but after no response I messaged them three separate times over the span of five hours with no response. It should be illegal for this company to prescribe medication.

I had a great experience with the telehealth service. I was able to provide my systoms with a healthcare provider online about my ear infection without having to leave home or wait for an office appointment I would definitely use this telehealth service again!
