I had a simple issue that required a non-controlled prescription. My primary care office said I had to come in for an evaluation (it’s 4:30 on Friday of the Fourth of July weekend) or go to urgent care. We travel full time in our RV so almost everything is “out of network…aka big bucks). I found this site and very skeptically started answering the questions. I’m an RN and was impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment of symptoms, medical history, allergies, etc. I was also impressed that there are safety features that refer to in-person care if symptoms are more severe than are appropriate for online evaluation. It was after hours when I submitted my request, and the next morning I had a message from the pharmacy that my medicine was ready. I have written a post on Facebook in the “Full time RV Living” page. This is a very useful service for us nomads.

Thank you so much for the speedy service. I am on my second day of treatment and the symptoms are already noticeably reduced. I was having headaches because of the pain in my eyes, the swelling made everything I saw blurry, that really bothered me -and both symptoms gone. Still some itch on my left eye and a little bit of swelling but never like yesterday -it’s reduced a lot. Thanks!

This was my first time using this App and I was not disappointed!! It was very fast and efficient!! Will use again if I have to!! I quickly told different peopleI I know about it!!!

Stress free & reliable

Very pleased. Will definately use this again if needed and I will refer also. Saved me a long er wait and expensive bill. They were even going to transfer my script if my rx was closed due to holiday wkend.

I had a UTI over a holiday weekend when medical services were not easily available. I chose callondoc,com over a local urgent care center that did not open for another 3 hours. Unfortunately, it took 3 hours (longer than advertised) to get my prescription called it. Other than the delay, I was satisfied with the experience and would use again.

Great service! Quick and efficient. The only complaint I have is that I paid for a phone consultation and no one called me. I just got a blanket antibiotic that covered several bacterias when I wanted to speak to someone about specific details to get the correct antibiotic. Hoping it works for what I need. But for $10 more I should have just done the regular consultation.
