We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to be dealing with sinus symptoms, especially when you were expecting a specific treatment and are now concerned about having to miss work to see your primary care provider. We understand that you requested prednisone, but medication decisions are ultimately based on the medical provider’s clinical assessment and the information available during the consultation.
