Please know that our provider’s recommendation was made with your safety as the top priority, because restarting at a high dose after being off the medication for longer than 1 month can lead to severe health problems. Your request to cancel and receive a refund has been acknowledged and escalated to our billing team for priority handling. Just a heads up, processing may take up to 24 hours due to bank policies, but please be assured that this is actively being worked on.
