Please note that our Lab Consultation does not include lab result discussion and/or medication treatment. Once results became available, treatment would have required submission of a Lab Result Review ($39.99) visit so a provider could evaluate the results and prescribe medication if appropriate. We see that a separate visit was submitted on 06/01 to obtain medication, we have escalated your case to our Billing Team and requested a partial refund of $10 for that visit.
