Very Affordable Rate, Pretty Accurate Count, and Attentive Customer Service
I've been using CallMuangThai for a couple of years now with very few issues. Whenever there was an issue with the call, I contacted Customer Service and they promptly got back to me and credit back the portion in question. The call quality is fairly good. If it's not, it's usually at the recipient's end, which would prompt me to hang up and redial. The $ credit tally and balance are pretty accurate. One of the most reliable portal to make call to Thailand and rate is very affordable. I've been very happy with their product & service. The feature of WEB CALL, be it through the android device or through your computer, is a great tool to have. So long as I have internet connection, I can use that to make a call to Thailand using Keep Calling app. Pinless Dialing & Speed Dialing are great also. They are pretty attentive to customers' needs. You should go check out the rates on their website for countries all around the world. It's a straight forward rate...no hidden fees & no gimmick! To me, CallMuangThai is VERY Reliable, Affordable, and Trustworthy.
