You can also try placing calls using an Access Number, to see if the problem persists. Hello, In order to make your calling process easier and faster, you can activate a few free features in your account. 1. PINless Dialing - activate this feature so you don't need to enter your PIN when calling in the future. Just save the numbers you usually call FROM in international format. 2. Speed Dial - by activating this feature, you'll be able to reach your loved ones by pressing only one key, instead of dialing their entire numbers. Add the name & phone number in international format of the people you want on your speed dial list next to a digit and you'll only have to dial that digit to call them in the future. 3. Voice Prompts - if you want to call even faster and skip hearing the balance you have left in your account, you can turn this feature OFF in your account.
